I love how all the audience (who can see the hole cards) thinks any player who makes any mistake (no matter how well he or she may have played other hands) must be a total donk.

Try sitting next to the pros with all those cameras and see how “perfect” you play. Moneymaker did a damn good job.

LOL at Matusow @ 2:10. Even where he’s not featured in the braodcast he still sneaks in some drama. :)

You should learn a thing or two sir. Hopefully i see fishes like you at the poker tables every day. Even though fishes suck out most of the times

Ny idea at humour – Harrington is one of the foremost authorities on No limit hold em tourney play.

donk call by Harrington. He needs to learn how to play. i’d teach him a thing or two – A4 is a crap hand.

I disagree. He laid down 4-4 due to a horrible read of Vahidi when he should have called. Very bad play because he let his emotions get the best of him the previous hand. Also horrible play against Farha’s trip Aces. And terrible call of Q-J against Lester (who is a known tight player) and his A-Q. Moneymaker just got lucky. He played some hands very well for sure, but he only won because Farha made one extremely costly mistake.

i think its so funny how people try and say moneymaker is horrible.. sure he got lucky, caught some cards.. but i went over most of this tournament again here in youtube and he played pretty damn well.. i dont think he gets enough credit.

the only miserable hand i can think of off top is the one against humberto brenes

You really have to think Chris had a tell on Sammy here. He played almost perfect in every big hand.

Chris is proof that somebody can win the main event and be horrible at poker. BTW, LMAO @ Sammy saying he won’t break even for the trip unless he wins. $1.2 million difference between 1st and 2nd is nothing to Sammy.

Chris is proof that somebody can win the main event and still not be one of the best at poker.
